This project had four goals. The first was to conduct a benefit evaluation of groundwater monitoring wells. The second was to prepare midrange and long-range plans for groundwater monitoring in the future. The third was to propose groundwater pollution monitoring and control standards and to provide suggestions on the aforementioned standards. The fourth was to prepare regulations establishing and concluding the operation of groundwater wells. The service period was from January 27, 2006, to December 31, 2006.
